The brief was to produce an accessible, colourful booklet that presented information in a clear way for people with a variety of disabilities. The booklet needed to be handy, so a pocket size A5 format was used. The 4 colour cover used simple cartoon drawings, with lots of flat colour areas, referencing the style of Paul Rand in the 60s. To keep costs down, the inside pages used 2 colours only.
Large format versions were also produced for readers with severe visual impairment.
